SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!! The parcel was apparently delivered and left at the front door. I did NOT authorize a delivery without a signature nor did I specify that I am authorizing the parcel to be left unattended. The parcel is now lost/stolen and it is NOT at the delivery address. I contacted the delivery company and they have also admitted various times their driver did not follow protocol and they stated that the parcel is in fact stolen and to contact Berskha for a refund or replacement but BERSHKA has NOT helped me at all. What has happened goes against their FAQ PAGE:
WHAT IF I'M NOT AT THE ADDRESS INDICATED WHEN THE COURIER DELIVERS THE ORDER?
After a first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a confirmation note and will try to contact you to set a new delivery date. If you wish, you may also contact the courier after receiving said note. After another failed attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount.
AFTER SPEAKING TO BERSHKA SEVERAL TIMES VIA THE PHONE THEY TOLD ME I WOULD BE REFUNDED IN FACT ON THAT DAY I SPOKE TO THEM THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 2 HOURS AND THEN I WOULD SEE THE REFUND BUT THEY ARE NOW SAYING VIA EMAIL THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME. BERSHKA IS THE BIGGEST SCAM & SO IS THEIR DELIVERY COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BEWARE!!!!!

Look at the photos I have attached. Their delivery company admitted to the fault!!! The driver left the parcel without a signature which is NOT allowed and the parcel is now stolen but BERSHKA refuses to refund me.
