From the moment I walked into the shop, I was met with nothing but bad manners. Instead of a simple greeting, the staff name (Ali) at galleria mall bershka were immediately rude and dismissive. He even raised his voice at my 1-year-old child.And saying she's touching things🙄 I was appalled by the total lack of professionalism and respect. When I tried to address the situation, he didn’t even apologize and acted like it was no big deal. This behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customers, especially parents with small children. I will never return to this store and strongly advise others to stay away unless you want to be treated poorly. worst customer service ever!
