Hermes stole my delivery from boux Avenue with the proof of delivery photo inside their van (NOT AT MY DOOR). boux Avenue refused to give me a refund and Hermes refused to investigate.
boux Avenue said I had to create a crime reference to be able to get a refund. RIDICULOUS service considering I’ve ordered £100’s of pounds worth of stuff from them and never will order again. Looking at the other reviews they consistently do this to paying customers - scammers.
