For a start the seller of my lot is very slow in preparing and sending the order. It is me who has to contact him/her to find out the next step.I have reasonable doudts as to the condition the goods will arrive in. I will give my feedback when (...) they do.
Catawiki seems to work by automatic systems but if you want to be called reliable you have to have real people working behind the scenes.. Their support system is literally non existent.. they are supposed to answer within 48 hours but they don't.
