I bought a fine bottle of wine for a gift. It was delivered to the wrong address.
After over 2 weeks I still haven't received details on where was the bottle. Specially been in the hottest time in summer. I was concern and contacted Catawiki customer service.
They simply asked me to search for the bottle at the wrong delivered address, then I to ship it to seller. Putting myself as responsible (not regarding the inconvenient of ringing every flat to search for the bottle) and hoping that the seller would accept the bottle after been over 2 months in super hot temperature...
Nice customer protection... NOT.
So imagine to trust them with all personal datas and credit cards
