And just wanted to express my opinion on this drama that has continued for over 2 months now. Your action surely protects only buyers. I'm sure if I would be not an honest buyer I could imitate the amp that is faulty and send the video that confirms this, it's so easy to fabricate such evidence I received. I don't even have any official repair service doc or quotation about the so-called repair. I just give up and agree to refund 100e because I need my money paid. Its a shame how you treat sellers.
