All fine and dandy....until you have and issue and CUSTOMER SERVICE STOPS ANSWERING YOUR EMAILS !!!! What you read from other people's experience is ABSOLUTELY TRUE.I am really disappointed, as I thought that Catawiki was a serious platform.I received an item that arrived with very poor packaging and even probably already faulty/broken, prior to postage.Seller did not respond initially and Catawiki support required me to send pictures and evidence within a one day window !!!!...otherwise they would have considered the case closed,so I did it immediately.After 8 days I asked for a follow up and they just replied by only saying they forwarded the pictures to the "EXPERT" for evaluation.As if the expert can really determine better than me, the buyer, from pictures, if a musical studio unit is faulty broken without any dramatic external damage.So as saying if the "EXPERT" decides there is nothing wrong...sorry, you just lost your money !?!...RIDICULOUS...The seller sent me a message saying that he will wait for the expert's opinion...adding nothing more.I opened the case with them on the 3rd of April and today is already the 28th....no reply to my email on the 17th and 22nd asking for a resolution.A month to resolve such a simple issue?
Will probably not use the platform anymore, as I do not feel protected at all as a buyer.
