While bidding you cannot contact seller. Any question to Catawiki is answered after due date. Thus useless. Any question after sales should be directed to seller while we are paying 3 euro + 9pct for buyers protection? Strange as i never get any response from catawiki if not delivered. Then it becomes something between seller and vendor.
I do not understand their buyers protection. And if moderator responds, do not start like a chatbot 'I'm sorry to hear' Just do something about the issue.
