I purchased a Cartier watch from catawiki, seller sent a fake replica. I contacted support more than 1 week ago. Issue is still not resolved. I had to send 3 emails, make 3 phone calls to get to know that their so called “experts” think watch is real. I sent soooo many proofs which seemingly was ignored. Terrible support, terrible platform. Now they are telling me that I need to wait few more business days for "experts" to look at the issue again. To top it off, the seller is not selling diamonds on his profile! Haha! He should be at the police station in handcuffs instead. A big shame on this company!!!
