They sold me a counterfeit Cartier watch!
I gave the watch I bought on Catawiki to Cartier to be serviced and I have been told that it is not a genuine Cartier watch.
I agreed with Cartier to dispose the watch, not to be sold nor to be sent back. Catawiki refuses to refund me for the amount ...
The watch was checked by Catawiki 's expert and they guaranteed the authenticity of the timepiece. They have been fooled by themselves or by the seller based in Turkey.
To this date I'm still expecting the refund !!
