You are promised the things you buy there will be shipped within 1-3 days from paying.
But if not, well, nobody cares, or catawiki sure not.
The seller did not ship the items, wants more money for the post than we had agreed on before, and I CAN NOT REACH ANYONE at catawiki, only getting idiot automatic emails.
The items would have been gifts, but now it is getting late to get it, also the seller's behaviour is "interesting".
It seems a nightmare to contact any real person at catawiki to get my money back.
I do not recommend them!
