Catawiki sent me an email asking if had received my purchase. The same day I received the email, I replied that “no, the item hadn’t been delivered”.
Over the next six days, I sent five additional responses telling them that the item wasn’t received.
There was no reply from Catawiki until my last message to them stating that the item hadn’t been delivered and I was going to instruct my bank to do a chargeback if they didn’t answer my messages.
At that point Catawiki told me they would not assist me and they had given my payment to the seller because I didn’t contact them soon enough.
I will not purchase through them again.
The item has still not arrived.
