Still waiting for the delivery of the object paid month ago...I've asked support to the customer team. The answer was "Unfortunately it's not possible for us to fully support you in resolving this case. After delivery we give buyers 3 days to report any issues they might have, so that we can still hold on to their payments. After these three days the payment is released to the seller. As such we want to advise you to reach out to the seller directly in regards to the issues you've experienced with your lot."
How could they pay as the delivery is still pending... really disappointed with their services, no considerations at all for their customer.
