The rubber soles of my shoes literally disintegrated. Clarks told me that their shoes were expected to last no more than 3-5 years and it was not unusual for them to fall apart when they were older than that.
Clarks told me I was out of luck and they would not stand behind their product. Terrible product, terrible customer service.
