Just ordered walabee shoes it is the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I ever had and I’m 55 years old had thousands do not recommend

Complaint Regarding Clarks Shoe Quality and Durability I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the quality and durability of Clarks shoes. As a loyal customer, I have been purchasing Clarks footwear regularly during my trips to London. Due to my buying habits, I often store new pairs in their original boxes in a well-maintained wardrobe until I need to replace my old shoes. However, I have recently faced a highly frustrating and embarrassing issue with your products. On two separate occasions, I wore a new pair of Clarks shoes for the first time, only to have them completely crack from the sole during an important official meeting. The first incident occurred when I took out a new pair that had been stored for approximately 3-4 years. Within hours of wearing them, the sole cracked severely, forcing me to dispose of them. Unfortunately, the same issue repeated just yesterday with another pair that had been stored for around 2-3 years. The bottom of the shoe broken and completely separated from the main structure in an extreme and unacceptable manner. Given that I have experienced this issue multiple times, I am left questioning whether Clarks shoes are incapable of being stored for a few years without deterioration. If this is the case, it is extremely concerning, as customers expect quality and durability from a brand like Clarks. There is no indication on the packaging that these shoes must be worn within a specific timeframe to avoid such failures. I request a clear explanation regarding this recurring issue, as well as information on whether Clarks shoes have an expected storage lifespan. Additionally, I would appreciate your guidance on how to prevent such incidents in the future. Given the circumstances, I also expect Clarks to take responsibility for these quality defects and offer an appropriate resolution. Please address this matter urgently, as this experience has significantly impacted my trust in the brand. I look forward to your prompt response

Clark's used to be a great shoe brand, but it's clear their stuff is now being produced at the same factories as all the other fast fashion brands now. Bought three pairs, two were unusable. Their Breeze shoes scraped away my heel after walking in them for only 20 minutes IN SOCKS. How is that even possible? They would have performed better with literal razor blades in the sole. Will not buy again.

Ordered and paid an extra $18 for 2 day delivery. The website said they would be delivered on Tuesday. (I was ordering them on a Friday at 10:00 AM.) then 5 minutes later after I submitted the request it said expected delivery was Wednesday. I called to cancel because I am leaving the country on Wednesday. They would not cancel or amend the order and could not explain to me why a 2-day delivery that was promised as Tuesday on the shipping part would end up being Wednesday.

From our experience they are nothing like they used to be, we purchased some school shoes for my daughter, she wore them less than 2 months, they split at the back. The Store Clarks Junction 32 Castleford were very dismissive, offered a 50% voucher, didn’t offer to fix them or replace, Clarks customer service was unfortunately worse then their shoes, they made us jump through hoops, kept us on the phone 30 minutes, they offered to let us speak to a manager and then left us hanging for 15 minutes. Possibly the worst shoes we’ve had in many years, cheap and nasty, just like their customer service

Worst customer service EVER!! I’m still waiting for my shipping cost to be refunded to me but it’s been over a month now. They are a terrible store at this point and I don’t plan on ever getting anything from them again. I’ve never had a worse return.

I bought the Audreigh black fabric trainers. The description was all about comfort and cushioning but they were the most uncomfortable pair of trainers I have ever worn. Gave me blisters at the back just by wearing them for a day. Clarks sadly is no longer for quality nor comfort for me.

I bought a new pair of cloudsteppers two days ago. They are trashed. Junk. I’m very disappointed. The “pleather” creased where my toes bend and where my pants rubbed. The “pleather “ is flaking off. Never again.

the customer service sucks as does the website, cant change the address i was out of town tried to cancell the order customer service rep claimed it did not go thru they would not be sent and i would not get charged. now i cant get a hold of anyone to return them spent an hour on hold to get disconnected

I’m extremely disappointed with the shoes I bought from Clark’s Romford store on December 15th. They were so hard and uncomfortable that they caused pain and bleeding after just 10 minutes of wear. Despite emailing customer service twice (on Dec 21st and Jan X), I’ve received no response. As a loyal customer, I expected much better from Clark’s in both product quality and service.

I am writing this review to express my frustration about my recent experience with this company, Clarks. Although I have been wearing this brand for more than 40 years and it’s one of the best quality shoes, my experience with their customer service has been the worst ever in my entire life. I have not seen or experienced anything like that. I attempted first to buy online and I used 2 gifts cards, each with$100, however the gifts cards were used and the remaining balance reflected zero on the gifts cards while the order remain the same. I wrote 3 inquiries to customer service and no replies. I spent literally all day yesterday in their main customer service phone and was unable to connect with anyone. They just don’t have anyone there. At times I was more than 90 minutes on the phone and no would pick up. It’s the worst experience and very disappointing to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to purchase from their website as if you make a mistake there are no ones to speak to. Terrible! Dr. Ahmad Singer

Recently bought 2 pairs of Clarks men’s shoes at the outlets in Tannersville, Pa….Received very good customer service; low prices; store was clean & had a great number of selections. No complaints! I only gave the shoes a “4” instead of “5” because I will not be wearing them until Christmas ( they were very comfortable, light, & stylish when trying them at the store).

Purchased 2 SALE PRICED boots ...Upon arriving at the online payment page I was not offered the discount promotion code BF40....ended up being charged full price. Attempted to contact CLARKS customer service 4 X's spending 20-30 minutes waiting for a representative....ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE even though the robot stated several times " my call was important" ! I definitely will not be buying from Clark's again!!! I would not recommend this company !

TERRIBLE customer service. Sad direction for this company. They need to pay the money and hire more staff! I paid for early delivery, but the delivery date is going to be 4 days late. I've called and been on hold now 5 times in the last week with Clark's, on hold for 30-60 minutes every time I've called. Very unhelpful answering attendants who keep telling me to call back when the item has arrived to be on hold for another 30-60 minutes. I will be ending my time as their customer after this winter experience.

Went to Clark’s in the outlet village of Street in Somerset today. Impressed with how organised and spacious this shop was. We was served by Sophie who was the loveliest sales asst, they was friendly, informative and professional throughout, a true assert to your company. Thanks Sophie xx

I ordered these shoes from Merry Hill to be delivered to West Bromwich. I went in Saturday as I had not heard anything. We were told they were not there and they didn't know where they were. The sales person said we would be able to have a pair that was not in the sale (same different colour) for the price we had paid as it wasn’t our fault. The Manager at West Bromwich confirmed this by e.mail. He told my mom by phone that she would have to go to Merry Hill as she paid in cash for a refund (this has caused her a lot of worry as she is in her 80s). He has now told me after a phone call with him that she can not have the shoes at the sale price but he can now refund her at West Bromwich. I am really dissapointed with Clarks and how we have been messed about, she just wants the shoes she ordered.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Called 10x for a return on the wrong size! Hung up on at least 3x. Still no money back! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I bought a pair of shoes at the Plymouth store, Sammy the assistant was very helpful. She took the time to explain the best way to protect the brogues from cracking by using conditioning balm. Excellent customer service.

Eldon Square Newcastle shop staff rude, witnessed them slagging off a nearby shop when browsing. Very unprofessional. They also stop you going in after 5.45 and tell you they're closed, they're closed up and lights out well before 6pm when closing times on website state 6pm. I've tried on a few occasions after finishing work and been refused entry. I'll now shop elsewhere.

We took my grandaughters to Clarks of Rayleigh and were served by Debbie. Fantastic service. She was very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend.
