I am a long time Clark’s shoe wearer. I have purchased the same style for 12 years. A new pair about every 4 years. I wear them every day for 8-10 hour office work. Purchased a new pair “unstructured” black leather mens dress shoe, $165. Same shoe as prior for same price. Totally different shoe. Stiff, creaky sole that causes foot/knee pain after a full days wear. Thought it was my imagination at first but appears a production problem. A total downhill slide on quality that presumably has happened in the last 4 years. They may have outsourced production, but you would think they wouldn’t change the materials. Very disappointed.
