First time ordering and buying from Clarks shoes. I started a new role in the NHS and decided to treat myself and buy proper comfy shoes. I purchased online and collected from store. They seemed a little tight. So I returned them for a bigger size. I recieved an email today stating that the order has been cancelled as I did not return the item. What an absolute mess. I've got my returns slip from the post office and I've just tracked the item. Its in transit. What are Clarks customer services trying to achieve with this cheap tactic. I'm absolutely gutted and annoyed. Never again Clarks never again. (At least with Primark you know where you stand lol)
Update - Grace responded to my complaint but Unfortunately was not able to resolve this issue. She has offered to refund my money. But I wanted my shoes that I have lost due to staff negligence. I have full proof and postage of tracking to forward to them if needed.
