Today, upon vising the store to inquire about exchanging the shoes for a different style (Wallabee Boot /Beeswax) available on the Clarks website, with the desire to pay the difference of the price (10 euro) I encountered several issues:
1) Despite the availability of the desired style on your website, I was informed that it was impossible to exchange the shoes for ones not current in the stock. This lack of flexibility and customer-oriented approach is not only inconvenient but also contradicts the customer service standards expected from Clarks.
2) Furthermore, I was shocked to be told by the seller that a refund was not possible due the fact that they are not Original Clarks and they have nothing to do with Original Clarks in London (literal citation), despite the fact that I can see the address of the them listed on the website (https://www.clarks.eu/it/it/store-locator), especially given the circumstances of my request and the dissatisfaction with initial purchase.
3) Additionally, the real reason of my request, the treatment I received from your stuff, I believe, or at least the representative of your Brand, was totally unacceptable. The individual was impolite and failed to address my concerns with professionalism and respect that should be standard in customer interaction.
If I had read the reviews earlier, I would never have bought these shoes.
