Excellent customer service I just happened upon Clarkes in the Abbey Centre one evening, to be honest it had been a long time since I had been in Clarkes, thinking of the shoes as more practical, sensible shoes. I was served by a lovely girl called Ailbhe; what a delightful little lady she is. I was so impressed with the professional manner in which she served me, making suggestions and truly going the extra mile. I can be quite indecisive at times and I was touched by her gentle manner and very grateful for her patience. Thanks to Ailbhe I walked away with a pair of light-weight, fashionable and extremely comfortable shoes…fantastic. Well done Clarkes for your shoes and but mostly your excellent staff and customer service. Deborah.
