Bad customer service. They don't know what they are talking about. I just wanted to exchange the shoes that I bought online, for the same shoes with different color. When I called, the customer service person told me that, I could return the shoes in the store and buy again online with the same deal that I got. But. when I tried to buy again, I couldn't get the same deal. When I called again, customer service person (Steven) told me that, his colleague never had told me that I could get the same deal. (!!!???) He also mentioned that, his colleague didn't leave any notes of previous conversation I had with her. So, my concern is, how Mr. Steven knows what conversation I had with his colleague, without even having any notes? And how can he tell me that his colleague never had told me so? Does that mean that I am the one who is lying about it? If he would politely refuse to give me the deal, that would not at least heart my feelings, although, I am loosing my time and money because his colleague giving me wrong information but, I would just forget about it. Customer service should know the current deals and their time line and they should never try to blame the customers for their own fault. There are many companies who have great customer service and they are also knowledgable about timeline of their deals. I would just stick to the companies that provides good services.
