I am really disappointed and unhappy with the service I have been given today both on-line and in-store.
I booked a appointment at Long Eaton branch for my daughter today she was measuring at one foot 13.5 and the other a size 1. The store had NO SHOES IN HER SIZE!!! the assistant brought out a 1 and a1/2 the only pair she had tried them in my daughter and said they for perfectly !! How can they got perfect when she has just been measured for a completely different size??? My daughter Dias they were too big!!.She was very disgruntled when I said I would not be buying them and walked off! Customer service terrible she said “ I shouldn’t have waited until the last minute to but shoes!!!!.
My daughter has her heart set in a certain pair so I decided to buy them on-line and in my rush I ordered the wrong size and to make matters worse I ordered next day delivery!
I rang customer services straight away to ask if they could amend the order to be told no! But she would try to cancel them! I explained that I had spent my last £50 buying these and my daughter could well be going to school with no shoes next week!.
Well guess what they haven’t been cancelled so They are going to arrive tomorrow! So I have to send back wait for my money and then re-order!.
Why couldn’t they just be amended?
Surely I’m not he only one who had done this??.
The customer service is absolutely terrible!! This is not the first time I have had problems with Clark’s and I do not think I’ll be returning to shop with you any time soon!
