I’ve been dropping in to Costa @ The Premier Inn T5 Bath Road UB7 0EA for a number of years now and it’s always nice to be able to take a few minutes to enjoy a good coffee and a bite to eat… Today I was really pleased to be greeted by Keith who I’ve known for some time now. He not only makes one of the best “flat whites” but his politeness is 1st class…. Being greeted with a big smile makes you think that you’re being made welcome… Pkease look after this guy as he’s a great asset to Costa.
