Used Gloucester Quays shop this morning. Arrived 10.40 eventualy served at 11.10. Only 1 person making coffee and food orders and 1 cleaning tables. Told more staff not in untill 12 noon. Ordered toast and jam for a child when it came it was toast only as they had no Jam. Toilet facilities out of order as no handle on door. Air con on full blast so place was freezing. (Thank God coffee was hot) staff unable to turn it down. Still huge que 's when i left at 11.55.
