This morning we stopped at costa drive through leisure park Basingstoke. There were not enough staff, only one person taking orders, we waited a long time to be served. No one said sorry for the wait.
The muffins had labels 50% off. So we decided to buy 2. When we got to the counter we seemed to be charged full price! I looked at the receipt and we had paid full price. I asked why this was, at first she said I was wrong and then said that’s a label from last night. No apology at all. Where is the Customer service here. We will not be back.
