Today 24/9/22 had more than outstanding service in Costa Esher, absolutely excellent. I always ask for weak hot chocolates etc and instead of being forgotten by the barista, he let me know how many spoonfuls he normally used, so I could choose an exact amount, told me to let him know if it was too late and then brought it to our table. I noticed the lady barista was doing this too. He also checked we wanted the vegan ham and cheese sandwich - which we didn’t! Absolutely outstanding service and the best kind service ever in a costa or other coffee shop. Thank you, you made this a great experience
