Why have Costa started letting in all dogs apart from guide dogs, who generally lay on the floor. Others are carried in and sat up at the table and even allowed on the chairs ?
Apart from the hygiene factor are we not able to go and have lunch or coffee without being forced to share with wet dogs on occasions!!
