The costa attached to the next shop in Bangor Gwynedd. Me and my father with type 2 diabetic went in about 6:08 pm on 20th may. As we were taking about what we wanted the lady behind the till (early 50s) interrupted us abruptly and said "sorry you cant have hot food or cold coffee as we are closing in 30 minutes and all of our machines are off" we were both in shock and annoyed with the way she greeted us. My dad explained "well I need something as I am feeling a little faint with type 2 diabetic and 30 minutes is enough time". She then Said sorry we can't do anything for you but take away hot drinks and cold snacks... We were both disgusted with her manners. We understand they wanted to finish but come on there is a way to talk to people and at least show some empathy. She should not be in a customer facing role with this attitude.
