If I had the option to rate this place with 0 stars then I would. Myself and another relative both had food poisoning from eating meat at Costa Coffee Stanley Green Retail Park, Cheadle Hulme, a few weeks ago (April 2023) (Vomiting, diarrhoea, body aches and headache.) I'm Type 1 Diabetic and ended up having to stay in hospital due to the fact I couldn't stop vomiting and had diarrhoea; both of which had a massive impact on my blood sugars. I had a high level of ketones in my blood (ketones are life threatening) so I was put onto 2 different drips. Numerous doctors confirmed I had food poisoning from this Costa due to the symptoms and the fact the food I'd eaten here was meat. After a week of feeling like absolute rubbish, I finally started to feel better. My stomach was still off but I was managing to finally eat small amounts without being sick and having diarrhoea. Myself and my family won't eat/drink at any Costa Coffee anymore as we've been completely put off from this experience
