My son who has autism attended the store and ordered two coffees wrong. When I entered the store and tried to explain the situation and asked for a exchange I was then met with a very rude lady who was very keen on telling me that “she has been working since this morning, doesn’t get orders wrong and doesn’t care about my son having autism” I then explained (politely) that I would only like an exchange which then led her to raising her voice at me and pointing her finger in my face. I asked to speak to the manager and of course she was the manager.
I’ve left the coffee shop with a terrible experience and if the manager ever reads this I would of happily paid for the coffees I wanted. You didn’t have to go about making a scene and making my son and I feel so embarrassed.
