Queued for 15 mins in Costa at Next in kingswood Hull yesterday for what turned out to be a very poor quality flat white with a white blob flourish of milk. Given the price and supposed qualty ethos of the company I am surprised just how appalling it was. I can get much better coffee in the local supermarkets and I might add at half the price. I sort of expect this mediocre product from your multitude of vending machines in garages, motorway services and train stations, but from a "Barista" service area. It has put me off ever going to a Costa again. There are better options on the high street
