Went into my sisters local Costa in Glasgow Sauchiehall Street and was very disappointed with the food that I ordered. When I was collecting my hot chocolate drink from the counter I noticed that the glass was cold! I said to the person that made it that the glas was cold and she replied that it was it would be hot as it's just the glass that was cold. So went over to my table to star eating what I had got and went to drink my HOT drink, it was frigging stone cold! Couldn't be bothered going back up to the counter with it as I didn't like the attitude from her previously. I know this can be a busy shop at times, but she should have a least checked the glass to see how cold it really was! I think she needs to learn about temperatures of serving hot drinks.
