Horrible customer service from a woman called Ivy watched 5 people who ordered after me get served then asked where my drink was because I was waiting for 15 minutes and responded by silently and sarcastically pointing at the blender and dirty looking me when I responded annoyedly she started trying to argue back. I also asked for no cream and they served my drink with cream.
