Costa, East Port, Dunfermline. The toulet is out of order AGAIN for rhe third time in 2 months. It is absolutely unacceptable. GET A PLUMBER OUT IMMEDIATELY. The store has already lost most of its regulars and is in danger of losing more if this issue is not resolved IMMEDIATELY.
