I’m a regular customer at this particular West Ealing @costacoffee, and I feel very sorry for this lady and her 3-year-old autistic son who had a bad experience on October 26th, 2023. They were discriminated against because of her autistic son, who was called a 'naughty boy' and a 'bad boy'. He can’t defend himself, so his mom stepped in, and the manager Alexandra couldn’t handle it. As a result, his mom was banned from this Costa franchise. Alexandra called the police because this lady and her son didn’t want to leave the shop immediately, which was over the line. Alexandra only made her son even more frustrated when the police arrived. It was absolutely disgusting behavior from the manager! Since Alexandra started managing this particular Costa, everything has gone downhill. She is moody, never smiles, and is not friendly. In general, you feel like you are in Alexandra’s way. I wish the lady and her son all the best and a warm welcome in other coffee shops where they don’t discriminate against customers.
