Ordered a Americano with milk.
No milk when got to my table as l was waiting a while for a warm sandwich, went back to add milk as it was left on side and the male member of staff was rather rude to me in front of other customers. Prior to that he moved my tray and spilt the americano all over saucer. This was Anlaby Hull. What a shame as the lady who served me was really nice and friendly. Annelle on receipt.
