I go into Costa on Westgate Guisborough nearly every day and the staff make all us regulars feel like one big happy family, we all know the names of the staff and they are just lovely to deal with and of course they know us by name, if someone hasn't been in for a couple of days the staff ask about to see if anyone knows if they are ok so we all feel like they look out for us.
If anyone deserves a pay rise it's the staff at this store!!.
I love the welcome I get and the service is spot on.
