Was in kings college hospital ( I work on the ambulances ) I took my re useable cup and paid for a latte was met by two woman that was discussed that I hadn’t rinsed it out , one actually said next time rinse it so my reply was , I’m at work no sinks in an ambulance if it’s a problem I will pay for the take away cup . The woman just said no then carried on making my coffee in an unrinsed cup . I had no words except thank you . I have NEVER EVER been asked to rinse it before on the contrary all staff are more than happy to rinse it and send me on my way with the perfect coffee that I crave x2 a day
