Hi there, regular customer at Costa cafe Swiss Cottage/Finchley road. Is there a manager that organised things? As lately, and quite often there is always something missing early in the morning, like butter? Bread? Etc.... it’s a shame really as it’s a pleasant place to go before work, but does the staff in the afternoon not organise what is missing and leave some for the next morning. I guess it’s really bad management, sorry to say. I have managed hotels here and back in Lisbon and I would never let my staff telling a customer, “sorry today we have bread but not butter”!!
It’s a shame staff are very friendly but lots of things just don’t work the best and customers always come first, for the best image of a place. Thank you. This review is just to improve Costas service, which I Love
