I placed an online order for a exercise bike for pickup at the Southwest Plaza Store. I started to drive over for pickup and was sent a notification the order was cancelled even though it showed 4 in stock. I went to the store and told there were 4 on hold and waiting for pickup. Dave and Annie helped me in finding the bike at another store and put it on hold for me. They spent approx 25 minutes helping me out. I really appreciated their efforts.
