I ordered two 2-pair packs of socks. The two sets were shipped separately. The first one that was delivered contained only one pair of socks. I called customer service and the rep said they would resend 2 pairs but I had to return the single pair. I said "Are you kidding me?" She said I could either return them to a store (obviously I don't want to drive to a store which is why I bought online in the first place) or I could send them back. Either way, I am being inconvenienced and wasting time due to their mistake. Why couldn't they simply send me the one missing pair of socks? If for some reason they had to send two, then let me keep the other pair since, again, it was their mistake. They've lost a long-time (over 20 years) customer over a $10 pair of socks.
