I went to the Naples store (#1168) on Dec 22 2024 at 4:51pm to pick up a gift certificate TRANS: # 431 REG 103 for Christmas. I had the most Nastiest cashier (STELLA) that I had the misfortune to meet. She was very unprofessional, immature and the most disrespectful person I've ever had to deal with at Dicks. After handing her my method of payment she proceeded with the transaction and returned my change. For no reason at all, she tossed the gift card on the counter and dismissed us. I had the right mind, to turn to her and request that she handed me my purchased gift card in my hand, the way I handed her the money I paid her with. I am not a person who thinks I am in anyway better than the next, but I will not tolerate disrespect from anyone.
