I ordered a watch on 18th February 2021. Still haven't received it yet so I am dealing with the delivery company myself as the only advice from diesel is to be patient and leave them alone in the nice manner. According to the consumer rights I can see that is not the way it should be dealt with as obviously I want my money back because it wasn't cheap not mentioning it has to be an anniversary gift for my fiance... I thought buying from original website as Diesel I will be covered.. Think again I suppose..
