I am pleased with most of the quality of clothes and the styles are nice. The policies are inconsistent. I accidentally ordered 2 pair of pants the same color. Usually, they allow you to return the order if it is done before shipping even if they are on sale….just a courtesy to the customer. This time they firmly said no. They had previously allowed this. Be careful when preauthorizing sometimes it is slow to show the purchase…another can pop into your cart and you have now purchased 2 of the same item. I will no longer use the preauthorize option. I really liked the company, but things seemed to have changed. Shipping is really slow. Most of my purchases will be made from another company in the future.
