“I’ve only ordered once from Discount Divas. I ordered 2 small tops. Good price. Quality material, pretty colors, BUT they were way too big. They didn’t have the tops in x-small. I usually wear a small or medium depending on brand and style of top, but these tops fit more like an XL or possibly an XXL. I won’t be able to use them.
Unfortunately, the return window is only 2 weeks. I missed the window by one day. My fault. I should have read the return policy closer. Also, they only offer store credit not refunds. Most places offer 30 day returns so that was disappointing. So, BUYER BEWARE. I don’t think I will be a return customer.”

“I am pleased with most of the quality of clothes and the styles are nice. The policies are inconsistent. I accidentally ordered 2 pair of pants the same color. Usually, they allow you to return the order if it is done before shipping even if they are on sale….just a courtesy to the customer. This time they firmly said no. They had previously allowed this. Be careful when preauthorizing sometimes it is slow to show the purchase…another can pop into your cart and you have now purchased 2 of the same item. I will no longer use the preauthorize option. I really liked the company, but things seemed to have changed. Shipping is really slow. Most of my purchases will be made from another company in the future.”

The real reason for my complaint is that they do not ship for at least two weeks so you're lucky to receive packages in a month! This is why I will no longer order from DD! The top looks terrible on and upon attempting to return the items for a refund I have found that they will not give you your money back - just store credit. “I ordered a product and returned it because it was too big according to my tracking they received it On March 30, 2024 iMessage them on the app got a reply Take 7 to 14 days to process it. It is now April 19. I messaged them on the app a couple days ago again got a response from Christine, asking for the tracking number and the item which I messaged back to her immediately. As of today still no response from anyone. I order from other boutiques have never had this issue with any of the other ones. They also don’t provide a phone number where you can call them directly or an email address where you could actually email them. I definitely not anything from them again. Buyers BEWARE!!!”
