I bought a pump for my inground swimming pool last August. It stopped working on July 7. The pump is still under warranty but I had to pay for them to send me a new one. They said when I send the old one back, they will reimburse me. Unfortunately, I have to pay to send it back and I will not be reimbursed for shipping. It is very expensive to ship a 35 pound pump back to a company. I feel they should pay for the shipping as well. I have contacted customer service numerous times to request shipping labels. They don’t even answer my emails. Shame on your company! I will not be purchasing anything else from Doheny’s! Nor will I be recommending them to my many many friends who have pools and spas.
