I placed an order on 4/25/22 for a Hayward super pump. I dont know how long it took to process the order and ship. I cant remember. Im sure it was at least more than a week. My pool was open 6 months. I just opened my pool yesterday, 5/4/23, for this season. This morning, my pump sounds like a lear jet. I contact Doheny's, they tell me I am out of warranty and wont even consider helping. That $1000 pump lasted 6 months! If you are one day out of warranty, there is no need to call. I'll never do business with them again. I run a dealership, and I'd never treat my customers this way.
