We took 10 days off to spend time at my daughters house 1800 miles away to help her set up her pool. We ordered by talking to a customer service rep on May 26th to order products. On May 31st we received the wrong products.
(By the way they promise one day delivery on their website) We called immediately and were told the correct order would be sent expedited. On June 2nd after not receiving the product we called and were told somehow that order was rejected and even though they had our phone number and email nobody contacted us to rectify it. We placed the order again on June 2nd and were told we would get it next day and they would email us an order confirmation and tracking number we never received. On calling back we were told because the person placing the order didn’t put our email address in we could not get confirmation or tracking on the order. Well now we have to travel back home and have never received the parts. This is the worst company we have ever worked with and will never order from them again. Since their call center moved to India their company has gone downhill.
