Purchased 24 bags of super shock in May. Left thick grey sludge on the bottom of the pool and took twice as many bags to increase the chlorine level. I actually poured a bag in a large bucket and the bottom of the bucket was thick with the sludge. Same as what was in the bottom of the pool. Very disappointed with this product and companies responds to my complaint. I called customer service and was told I would receive a call back within 48 hours, it’s been 8 business days and never heard from anyone.
