I have given this company to a of chances. Every single order I have placed one item ships immediately and the rest all back ordered. The dates change once the backorder date comes. Takes months to get my items. I live in NY so only have a small window for pool usage. The last order I have waited over a month. The entire month of august was lost because I didn’t have what I ordered. They also take full payment for the order when placed. There is no refund till the back ordered items ship no they keep it. Then if you want to cancel the order you have to jump through hoops to get a refund. I’m done with this company. Stay far away if you want chems.
