Simple question about regulating chlorination flow....all the tech support could say was the 2459 can be shut off with the dial. He further stated that the inline version cannot be shut off. He stated that the flow thru the chlorinator is regulated by a valve in the line. He could not articulate that the water flow thru the unit is controlled or if water flow into the tablet reservoir was controlled by the valve. DO NOT COUNT ON DOHENY'S TECH SUPPORT TO KNOW ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT IS PRINTED. THAT WOYULD MEAN THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO SOME WORK TO FIND OUT. LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT HAS TRUE TECH SUPPORT.
